I stayed in May and just opened the window for a bit to cool the room down before bed, but I don't know if that would work in the summer.

Room was very clean and well maintained; helpful, friendly and pleasant staff, good location and accessible by Metro and bus, close to Metro station and bus stop.

Room was a little bit small but again, that is normal for Paris. Breakfast could be better.
